Q: What is dry shampoo?
A: Dry shampoo is a time and water-saving alternative to daily washing with water and conventional shampoo. In between conventional washing, Hair Fix dry shampoo refreshes your hair using a combination of organic starches to absorb oil/moisture and organic essential oils to mask any odor from unwashed hair. Additionally, Hair Fix adds volume to fine hair while the addition of iron oxides add pigment blend it seamlessly with your own hair color and disguise any thinning areas.
Q: What does Hair Fix smell like?
A: The scent of Hair Fix is a fresh, clean slightly minty blend of essential oils perfect for women or men.
Q: How do I know which color is right for me?
A: To select the Hair Fix which is right for you, choose the color which most closely corresponds to your own root color from our four shades: Brown, Black or White. White is the best choice for gray, silver and light blond shades of hair. Our best-seller is Brown which blends great with most shades of brown hair, however, for dark brown to black, Black Hair Fix is best.
Q: How much Hair Fix should I use in my hair?
A: A little Hair Fix goes a long way. For medium length and regular textured hair, a 2 oz. bottle can last up to 60 days with use every other day. However, we know that hair comes in all textures and lengths so experiment by using small amounts until you know how much is right for you.
Q: What are the ingredients in Hair Fix?
A. Hair Fix is made from a blend of organic starches, organic essential oils and natural vegan coloring agents. Hair Fix does not contain any talc, perfumes or artificial colors.
Q: How long does my Hair Fix order take to reach me?
A: United States: Hair Fix ships all orders within the U.S. First-Class Mail from our California operations. Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days and usually arrive within 3-5 days. International: Hair Fix ships all international orders within 3-4 business days Air Mail and delivery take from 4-7 days depending on the destination. Please allow additional time to receive your orders during holidays when postal service is limited or may be slower.
Q: What is your policy on returns?
A: We want you to love Hair Fix. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it within 2 weeks of the postmarked date to the address on the shipping envelope or complete the return slip enclosed with your order and mail it back. We will issue a full refund for your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse the return shipping, however, shipping at the time of your initial order, is free.

Q: What does Hair Fix do?
A: Hair fix was created as an organic alternative to other colored dry shampoos. It absorbs
oil making your style last longer between shampoos and gives your hair lift.
Q: Why is Hair Fix better than similar salon products?
A: Unlike other products, Hair Fix contains no perfumes, it is totally vegan and almost entirely
organic.
Q: How do I use Hair Fix?
A: Shake the bottle gently to loosen powder. Lift hair in sections and
gently squeeze bottle several inches from root to dispense product.
Start with small amounts of Hair Fix until you know how much is right for
your hair length and texture. A little goes a long way! You can then
work it through your hair and scalp with your fingers. You can also apply
a small amount to your hairbrush and brush it through your hair.
Q: What colors do you currently have?
A: We currently have Black, Brown and White available for purchase. Please note, we have discontinued our previous formulation of Red. We are considering a new formulation at this time. A: All Hair Fix products are completely vegan meaning they contain no
animal ingredients whatsoever.

A: Our recyclable packaging is kept simple to be easier on the Earth.

A: The majority of the ingredients found in Hair Fix are certified organic. The ingredients which are not cannot currently be sourced as organics.
